Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with VelocitySpy. All payments are processed by Dodo Payments, who acts as the payment processor for all transactions.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

VelocitySpy offers a $5 first month promotional rate on the Starter plan. After the first month, your subscription renews at the regular price ($39/mo). You get full access to all plan features from day one.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing page in the application. When you cancel:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• You will not be charged for the next billing period.
• You can continue using the Service until your current period ends.
• No partial refunds are issued for the remaining time in the current billing period.

4. Refund Requests

If you believe you were charged in error or have a billing issue, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
